Tim, his wife Frannie, and their four children, have been residents of Sullivans Island since 1997. His wife’s family has maintained a family residence on the island since the early 1900’s. After graduating from college, Tim spent 9 years as a Naval Supply Officer. He and Frannie moved back to the Charleston area in 1991, living in Mount Pleasant. He spent the 1990’s as a National Account Manager in the Paperboard Packaging industry. He became a Realtor in 2000.
